day's first match, Shakir Habib Gandhi scored an unbeaten 52 off 32 balls while Sujit Kumar Yadav (3/20) impressed with the ball as Adamas Howrah Warriors beat Kolkata Royal Tigers by seven wickets via the DLS Method.

Batting first, Royal Tigers recovered from 75/7 to post 149/8 in 20 overs, thanks to a brilliant unbeaten 71 off 37 deliveries from Ronit Ghosh.

In reply, set a revised target of 122 in 15 overs, Howrah Warriors went over the line comfortably, scoring 124/3 in 13.2 overs. Besides Gandhi, Kazi Junaid Saifi (34 off 23) and Shashank Singh (32 not out off 18) also impressed with the bat.
